You need to clear all of them in a row. The rule is that each row has a limited number of tiles you can move, and you can get bonus tiles when you finish a row. Each row is a mini-game that has a special theme.

The number of bonuses you get increases the difficulty of the mini-game. You can play all of them to get a high score. But, each bonus also comes with a multiplier. The more you get, the higher the score.
